जयतु जननी - Jayatu Janani
Through जयतु जननी Program Swastikam NGO gave consultancy to 1750+ pregnant women on pregnancy and how to take care of herself and to the coming child with the help of "Asha Worker".
Through this program pregnant women in villages learnt many new things that they were not familiar with.
Commercial Technical Education
We give wings to women by making them skillful different fields of commercial technical education. These initiatives make them self dependent and help them to take care of their family and house. Their income helps the house and family to grow faster.
Gender Equality
Gender equality is not only a fundamental human right, but a necessary foundation for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable world. There has been progress over the last decades: More girls are going to school, fewer girls are forced into early marriage, more women are serving in parliament and positions of leadership, and laws are being reformed to advance gender equality. We take frequent session on Women's Rights, Gender Equality, Domestic Violence, so that many women who faces such discrimination come forward and stop this crime to happen with them.
Women's Day
We celebrate International Women's Day every year to motivate women and encourage them to come out from house and be a part of developing society and be the reason for the change of the society and community.
We distribute gifts and give awards to different women who became the icon for the coming generation through her hard work.
